Try to explain why was Mr.Kim accused of plagiarism?

-- Because, he cut and pasted and copied much through internet sources. --

Was the teacher justified in giving him a low grade?

-- Yes, it was very reasonable to gave a low grade to Mr.Kim because he plagiarized the paper and he did not write his research paper by his own words even though his teacher asked "write down paper by your own words" before give the research paper assignment. --

What he should have done about this assignment?

-- First of all, he had to write this paper by his own words because his teacher asked to do like that. If he does not have any idea, he should have asked to his teacher to get information. No mather how the homework was difficult, he should have not to copied and cut and pasted because it is against school' rule. --
