Mr. Kim accused of plagiarism since he only cut and pasted many internet site sources and copied it without citation. Even though his professor asked to find internet sources, Mr. Kim must be referred to these materials and changed own his word as like paraphrasing. If he wants to use like that, he had been mark of the reference in his paper.

I think that his teacher justified in giving him a low grade if he committed intentional plagiarism which copy entire as his own without citing. However, if Mr. Kim is international students having different culture, he may not know how serious plagiarism is. If he committed unintentional plagiarism due to a lack of understanding of the using of citation and documentation, his teacher may give another chance.
